Rasaja Foundation presents, “Merging Borders”, A Two-Day Artistic Extravaganza

About This Project

As part of the Centenary Celebrations of founder of Rasaja Foundation, Late Jaya Appasamy, the foundation brought forth a two-day extravaganza, “Merging Borders” to the capital in collaboration with Business & Community Foundation (BCF) :  

– Begun with artist discussion – an enriching opportunity for connoisseurs of performing art with internationally acclaimed artists , the insightful discussion culminated into mesmerising performance Nimitta a solo kathak performance by Shila Mehta portraying “Shikhandi” from Mahabharat, last evening i.e. December 12th, 2019.

– Friday, December 13th, 2019 was slated for Pralaya – a unique collaboration in Bharatanatyam and Baliness dance by Sampradaya Dance Creations, Canada (on their 30th Anniversary International Tour) was a modern retelling of the Mahabharata with special focus on the game of dice between the cousins, the Pandavas and the Kaurava.
